It isn't just the hour in the gym that will get you a healthy and fulfilled life. We know that what we do outside of the gym matters. We coach and challenge our members to eat, sleep, and think in a healthy way.

It's our goal to make your time at Twisted the best hour of your day. Leave your phone in the locker room, and don't think about work emails, or outside responsibilities. This is your time. Have fun and get fit with friends.

ADULT CLASSES

Our classes are built using the Forever Fit Framework™ — small (max 12), coach-led, structured: three lifting days, three conditioning days, plus a Saturday team finisher. Every warm-up, every movement, every workout designed around accessible, powerful lifts and mobility—not circus tricks.

Every Sunday from 9:30a - 10:30am we offer a Yoga Class for members included in your membership!

Book A No-Sweat Intro

If you are thinking about signing up and kicking it with us, email [email protected] to book a no-sweat intro session. One of our coaches will meet you at the door, walk you through our facility, and help you get a feel for what it's like to be a part of the TFB fam! We'll also chat about your goals and see how we can help!
