4 Sessions Per Week
This is where the magic happens. This membership gives you 16 training sessions per month — perfect for mixing it up week to week (think 3 sessions one week, 5 the next).
Sessions can be used for any of our offerings, including Twisted 60, Olympic Lifting, or Yoga.
Unused sessions can roll over to the next week, but not into the following month.
A flexible option for shift workers, busy professionals, or anyone who needs a bit of wiggle room in their schedule.

A solid starting point for anyone looking to build consistency.
This membership gives you access to 3 training sessions per week, which can be used for any of our classes — Twisted 60, Olympic Lifting, or Yoga.
